Produced from Clare Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and Barossa Valley Shiraz this blend is a well balanced, full-bodied wine. Big and smooth, with a slightly minty nose giving way to red crushed berries and cassis. Herbaceous Cabernet notes together with full-bodied Shiraz characters compliment each other producing a blend with elegance and structure.
Opaque ruby. Ripe cherry and vanilla on the nose, with a hint of menthol in the background. Smooth and a touch jammy, offering plump blackberry and peppery spice flavors and a touch of dark chocolate. Finishes with good focus and a note of sour cherry.
