This traditional white is macerated on the skins for long 6 days for deep for rich flavors, superb textures, and deep golden color. Aged in stainless steel vats for 1-year and additional 6 months in the bottle before release. Soft, ripe flavors of figs, mirabelles with perfume of honey, balanced with citrus acidity. Don’t chill this wine too much. Allow the aromas to show their full potential. Claudio is proudly championing the re-discovery of the local indigenous varietals. Claudio applies natural vineyard management promoting biodiversity in his land, no herbicides and only copper and sulfur. He believes in winemaking with minimal intervention, he uses indigenous yeast, no new oak and adds close to zero sulfites. Unfiltered.
