Grapes: 38% Pinot Blanc, 16% Pinot Gris, 16% Riesling, %23 Muller Thurgau, 9% Muscat. Region: USA> Oregon> Dundee. Notes: RAW wine, vegan-friendly, unfined, and spontaneous natural yeast fermentation.
Description: This wine is a blend of grapes from several gorgeous vineyards around the Willamette Valley: Anne Amie, Twelve Oaks, Momtazi, Fir Crest, Nemarniki and Le Beau.
Some fruit is picked for its aromatics, some for its acidity, and some for its fruit characteristics. Each lot is pressed and settled, then added to a stainless steel tank where the wine goes through native fermentation.
The wine this year offers up a lovely and complex bouquet of apple, fresh pineapple, gentle spice tones, a hint of fresh almond, white flowers, and a lovely vein of minerality.
Food Pairing: Thai food, anything spicy, wok-sautéed vegetables, cured meats, blue cheese, etc.
