Notes: Winemaker- Helen Keplinger; 10 months in French oak, native yeast, no malolactic fermentation. Description: Made with the hands of Helen Keplinger, renowned California winemaker and consultant. Intense aromas of pineapple and hints of grapefruit. As the wine aerates, more pronounce coconut and vanilla cream. The palate reveals tarragon and green herb with lanolin and honey mixed with licorice flower. Medium to full-bodied wine that continues to evolve in the glass. Even better the second day.
