Château Haut-Brisson La Grave is the younger brother of Château Haut-Brisson.
Medium to deep garnet-purple in colour, the wine opens with scents of sauteed herbs and touches of iron ore. The palate is round and opulent, with mature dark fruits- black cherries, red currants and black plum- savoury acidity and velvety tannins. It finishes with great freshness and length.
Food Pairing: Red meats, game, mushroom/black bean burger, roasted chickpeas, hard cheese, etc.
