Description: The Vincent family has been working the estate for five generations. Each generation has improved the quality of the wines from Pouily-Fuisse. The Tête de Cuvée is a blend from over 40 parcels located within the estate holdings. The wine represent the appellation, combining structure, minerality, and grace. The color of the wine is straw-yellow with a tinge of green. Aromas of quartz-stone, salt, and artichoke. On the palate the wine reveals a vibrant acidity encompassed around a silky mouthfeel. Exhibiting a quartz-like mineral and salt character. Very elegant and balanced approach with a touch of oyster sauce and lemon curd toward the finish.
