Description: Can Sumoi is an estate between Baix Penedes and Alt Camp, when the Montmell Montains surround the Pla de Manlleu, near what was once the Marmellar municipality “Land of quinces”. Now it is a land of holm oaks and scrubland, of old vines, raised on the plain, vented by the marinade, wild.
Currently owned by the renowned biodynamic estate, Raventos i Blanc. Raventos is all about obtaining the true reflection of the terroir that encompasses the biosphere.
This is an elegant dry rosé that brings aroma, appearance, and substance in harmony. Displaying pale pink and rustic orange hues, this light-bodied wine exhibits an elegant bouquet of rose petal and red melon. The palate reveals red pear, crisp acidity, and a soft mineral tone.
Food pairings: grilled salmon, cured meats, crab, fish, pâte, anchovies, olives, paella, red peppers, salad, grilled veggies, etc.
