Description: Founded in 2005 by professional musician Marlk Adams. This wine gives you all the finesse of a northern Rhone style Syrah in a California wine. The soil composition from which these grapes hail is volcanic in nature. After pressing and fermentation in stainless steel the wine is then aged 18 months in 80% neutral and 20% new French oak. There are deep aromas of violets, blackberry, and forest. Leather and black currant on the palate with hints of black pepper. Full, rich and supple.-"Winery Notes".
