Description: Raúl Pérez, keen on natural winemaking is the basis of his work. An endeavor that allow the wine to express itself without intervention. Raul Perez uses indigenous grapes that were born on the land from which the wines were produced. The Prieto Picudo makes a pure and joyous expression displaying red floral notes, rhubarb, and bay leaf. The palate reveals a delicious core of pomegranate seed and red beet characteristics. Balanced with a touch of tannin (dryness). The mid-palate expresses good acidity, balanced alcohol, and red flora.
