Description: Grown on the slopes of the famous Ribeauvillé fault line, which offers incredible diversity of terroirs, the grapes are harvested entirely by hand. Short maceration produces a light salmon color. The nose offers delicate strawberry aromas, along with lemon and red currant. Red currant also comes through on the palate along with a lively citrus note.
Food pairing: Aperitif, dessert, with red fruits, etc.
