Description: Vincent and Stephanie Boyer’s domaine is located in Visan, a fortified farmhouse that was built by Templar Knights in the middle ages. The Bastide property has been growing grapes for winemaking since the 13th century. The color is a very pale pink with a light rusty hue. Aromas of green fig and passionfruit on the vine. However the palate exhibits tones of celery, onion skin, and rhubarb. Very dry style with a fresh zesty finish. Great with or without food.
