Description: Bargemone is among the foremost estates of the Coteaux d’Aix appellation of Provence. A benchmark producer of the delicious, dry rosé for which Provence is famous, the Commanderie was founded by Templar knights in the 13th century, and is home to a proud viticultural tradition and more than 160 acres of sustainably grown vineyards. Beautiful glistening pink rose color. On the nose, perfect floral garden of white and pink flowers, red melon, and ocean breeze. The palate is dry with a touch of tannin, however the medium acidity creates thirst quenching satisfaction. The mid-palate exhibits a touch of rose water, mineral salts, and a touch of citrus rind. This is a well made classic provincial Rosé.
