Description: Fred Skwara is the winemaker for Casalibre. After making wines around the world, Fred decided to settle back in his homeland, Chile. His focus is on sourcing pristine grapes from Central Valley and making wines with minimal intervention. Fred only works with organic growers and practices organic in the cellar. This wine is definitely made with care and low intervention because of all the terroir attributes. Aromas of baking spices, cocoa, and green onion. On the palate the wine displays graphite, dried mushroom, and black fruit. Medium to full-bodied with light gripping tannins and a very pleasant finish.
