Grape: 100% Chardonnay Region: France> Burgundy> Bourgogne> Les Setilles. Note: Oak aged. Refreshing acidity with enticing aromas of mineral, rich citrus, honey and roasted hazelnut, which leads to an elegant, clean and pure finish. This wine is reminiscent of famed Puligny-Montrachet whites of sturdy structure and complexity. The grapes are harvested from villages of Puligny-Montrachet and Meursault, 60% aged in barrel with 10% new oak, 40% stainless steel. A casual, yet well made white Burgundy at a bargain price. Food pairing: Shellfish, seafood, chicken, pastas or gnocchi, esp. with butter or cream sauce. Aged soft cheese. 750ml
