Description: The estate and Castle Gobelsburg were controlled by as many as 19 different families between 1074 and 1786. Eva and Michael Mossbrugger were granted the winemaking ad viticultural contract in 1996. In 2006 Michael Moosbrugger was awarded "Winemaker of the Year" by the Austrian magazine, Falstaff. Salmon color with a bright and sharply focused nose, displaying fresh strawberry, citrus pith, and floral scents with a hint of minerality. Taut and light on its feet, featuring orange zest, honeysuckle, and pomegranate on the palate.
