This wine is a blend of five vineyard sites, all interpreted identically in the cellar. Neutral oak was used for aging. Aromas of parmesan and white sage give way to flavors of lemon oil, baking apples, and lots of minerality. A very long finish of mineral and butter-cream.
Food Pairing: Chicken(all preparations), grilled pork chops, grilled branzino, pasta with cream or butter sauce, polenta, turkey, vegetables, lobster, crab, swordfish, monkfish.
