Description: One of the oldest estates in Saint-Estpehe (since 18th century). A gem in the heart of the finest vineyards in Saint-Estephe. The soil comprises of deep layered gravel (good drainage) and clay (water and heat retention).
The wine currently displays aromas of mature wet oak, black currants, and fresh herb garden. Delicious medium to full-bodied wine with smooth, velvety tannins. Notes of tobacco, currants, pencil shavings, and gravel are intermingled on the palate.
