Dry, fruity, mineral characteristics with delightful floral, fruity notes. Piedmont’s famous white grape Arneis makes great wine to drink by itself or with meals. It is made with sustainably farmed estate grapes harvested from a single vineyard, Trinita. It is then fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks for 6 months to preserve the aromatic components with 10% aged in French large oak barrels for 6 months for a silkier texture and complexity. Located in Roero, the region best known for the Arneis varietal, Trinita vineyard is made of layers of unique calcareous clay and sand mixed with fossils, which contribute to the great mineral characteristics.
Food Pairing: chicken, seafood, vegetable, soft cheese.
