A blend of Grenache & Cinsault, this rose was crafted by Domaine de la Castille in Provence. Donated to the church by the Aubert family in the 19th century, the domaine is now under the supervision of Jean-Jacques Soullie with Pierre Brissy as the Maître de Chai (winemaker) who practices "sustainable agriculture" on the 160 ha of the property. This wine offers the perfect balance between flavors & acidity. Apricot, peach & strawberries aromas from the Grenache are associated to the structure & the elegance of the Cinsault. Provence roses rhymes with vacation, with the first warm sun rays, with that time when you allowed yourself to relax.
