Notes: Produced soley from rye grain currently sourced at the best Canadain rye farm. The rye is blended, aged, and bottled by master distiller Dave Pickerell for a minimum of 10 years. Super smooth, spicy Rye with lots of flavor and viscosity. Lovely big, bold, flavor and surprisingly smooth for a 100 proof liquor.
American Rye: A whiskey distilled from at least 51% rye. Must be aged in charred, new oak barrels (mainly American Oak). In order to be classified as a American “Straight” Rye whiskey it has to be aged for at least two years.
