The Albet I Noya family has been Spain’s leading organic wine producer since 1979. This crisp white is grown on the Ordal mountain range in Peneres, enjoys a privileged micro-climate with lower than average rainfall. Xarel-lo is a main ingredient for Spain’s famous sparkling wine Cava, but is rarely seen as a flat wine. Xarel-lo Classic shows fresh, delicate citrus mineral notes with clean crisp acidity, giving way to a pleasant dry finish. A perfect seafood or lunch wine.
