Strength: 45% ABV (90 proof)
Notes: “Baby Saz”, the little brother of the Anitque Collection 18 year old Sazerac (extremely hard to find). The 6 year old “Baby Saz” uses the same mash bill but only ages for 6 years instead of 18 years. This is a very good Rye that has loads of spice and complexity. Truly a classic Rye that has been around since the early 19th century.
The Louisiana legislature passed a bill, naming “The Sazera” the official beverage of the New Orleans. Get yourself some Sazerac Rye, Herbsaint, and Peychaud’s bitters and enjoy a perfect winter beverage over the holidays.
Limited time only.
