London Dry gin is obtained exclusively from ethanol made from agricultural origins of London. whose flavour is dominated by Juniper introduced exclusively through the re-distillation of several botanicals.
In the United States, gin is defined as an alcoholic beverage of no less than 40% ABV (80 proof) that has characteristics dominated by juniper berries produced only through distillation or redistillation of aromatics.
