Description: Vincent and Stephanie Boyer’s domaine is located in Visan, a fortified farmhouse that was built by Templar Knights in the middle ages. The Bastide property has been growing grapes for winemaking since the 13th century. The color is a very pale pink. Aromas of cotton candy , red melons, and flora. However the palate exhibits tones of celery, red bell pepper, and rhubarb. Very dry style with a fresh zesty finish.
