Lately there has been a notion that the darker the Rosé the sweeter it is. This is only partly correct. The deeper the color may add more fruit character but if made properly can still produce a very dry Rosé. In comes Domaine Tariquet with it’s beautiful essence of red hisbiscus and raspberry. The varietals used create a sturdy tannic structure which enables the wine to dry completely on the finish.
