Description: An incredible traditional estate started by Jean Versino and now handled by his son, Jean-Paul. All older vines spread out over 40 different parcels, which are vinified in stainless steel tanks and aged in foudres for 2 yrs. He sells a lot of his production to negociants to ensure only the best juice is bottled under the estate’s name.
Beautiful garnet color to the rim. Young and fresh aromas of warm macerated cherries, oak, and licorice root. The palate is an excellent alcohol/ acid balance with good mineral and stone driven terroir. Dried roasted herbs on the finish.
