Josto Miglior, a doctor, became a legend in Sardegna about 1950. With the help of others wine growers in Sardegna. They founded the Cantina Sociale di Jerzu was founded. A consortium started with forty-five members. The best and oldest farms of Jerzu worked the Cannonau grapes. Today the consortium has 450 members. Josto Migliore, on the palate, is a full-bodied wine that is exceptionally soft and thick. Its freshness is due to the terroir and invigorated by noble tannins that are well rounded by barrel aging. This is a wine of great personality, whose fine aromas persists and intense.
