Grape: 100% Gamay
Region: France> Beaujolais> Beaujolais-Villages.
Notes: Sustainable farming, No Oak.
Description: Created by the Gelin family in the early 1900’s. All of their production is made under sustainable farming practices. Only concrete and clay tanks are used for fermentation and ageing. The soil consist of granite and can be evident in the soft gravelly elements in the taste profile. This is a concentrated Beaujolais that shows complexity without being austere or to big. It is dense and age-worthy (next few years), but certainly works well with food.
