Description: Founded in 1761, Giacomo Borgogno e Figli is among the oldest names associated with wine in the Langhe region. The legendary Borgogno Barolos are classic in the history of Italian wine, and the estate has an extensive library collection.
Barolo “Le Teorie” (The Theories) was conceived as a way to show three excellent vintages; 2004, 2006, and 2008 by labeling them with six different label designs to stimulate intellectual reflection.
These precious bottles will have some sediement and should require decanting.
